1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bg398 website at https://bg398.io and all associated services, products, and features made available to registered users.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the bg398 Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has successfully registered and maintains an active Account on the Platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on an outcome offered by bg398's sportsbook, live casino, slots, or crash-game products.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by bg398 subject to specific promotional terms.
• "Taka" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bets are denominated on the bg398 Platform.
• "Mobile Wallet" means any of the supported Bangladeshi mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures applied to Player accounts, including identity and age verification.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-controlled features including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
• "Void Bet" means a bet that is cancelled and settled at odds of 1.00, resulting in the return of the original stake to the Player's Account balance.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on bg398, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bg398 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. Age verification may be requested at any time and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Accounts registered on behalf of another person, or by corporate entities, are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that prohibits you from entering into binding contracts.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the bg398 Platform. Only one Account per person, household, device, IP address, or shared payment method is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of bg398 or any of its affiliated service providers, software suppliers, or payment processors.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, problem gambling register, or cooling-off list that prohibits you from accessing online betting services.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bg398 services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must provide a valid email address that you control and to which bg398 may send account communications, verification requests, and security alerts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bg398 will never request your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
• bg398 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to any withdrawal, or following any pattern of activity that triggers internal compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card, passport, or birth certificate for age verification.
• Players may not transfer, sell, or share their Account with any other person. Account access is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• bg398 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is truthful and that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. bg398 strongly recommends that all Players take the following security measures:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service. Your password should contain a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters and should be at least 10 characters in length.
• Enable two-factor SMS authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. This provides a secondary layer of protection by requiring a one-time code sent to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number upon each login.
• Never share your login credentials, password, or 2FA codes with any third party, including anyone claiming to be a bg398 support representative.
• Log out of your Account fully when using a shared device. Do not save your credentials in public or shared browsers.
• Notify bg398 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised.

bg398 will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided that bg398 has not been negligent in its own security systems. In cases of suspected unauthorised access, bg398 may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bg398 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bg398, though individual Mobile Wallet providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to issuing bank approval.
• Deposits are credited to your bg398 Account balance in real time or within a short processing window for standard Mobile Wallet transactions. Bank transfers may take longer during non-business hours.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. bg398 does not permit withdrawals to a third-party account or payment method not registered to you.
• Standard Mobile Wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are processed within 15–30 minutes during operational hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM BST). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operational window.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal of ৳10,000 or more can be processed. bg398 reserves the right to request documentation for withdrawals below this threshold if required by internal compliance procedures.
• bg398 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard Mobile Wallet transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to the receiving bank's processing fees, which are the Player's responsibility.
• Funds deposited but not used for wagering activity may be subject to additional verification before withdrawal to prevent money laundering through the Platform.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bg398 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available only to Players who fully meet the stated eligibility criteria. bg398 reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus.
• Welcome bonuses and deposit-match bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held an Account under a different identity are not eligible for new player promotions.
• All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total amount that must be wagered on qualifying games before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and the games that contribute toward meeting them are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus credits and free bets carry a validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting, unless otherwise specified. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of their validity period.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to winnings derived from bonus credits. These limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• bg398 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed and are actively using a bonus at the time of cancellation will not be retroactively affected.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit offers — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all sports and markets available on the bg398 Platform. Sport-specific rules are published separately on the relevant product pages.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bg398 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets under any circumstances except where permitted by the specific market's cash-out or edit-bet feature, where available.
• bg398 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to technical malfunction, human data-entry error, or feed provider error. Players will be notified and the original stake returned.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. Live odds reflect real-time event conditions and may fluctuate rapidly. Bets placed during temporary suspensions of a live market will be processed at the odds available when the suspension is lifted, not at the odds displayed at the time the bet request was submitted.
• For cricket markets: matches abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result under the applicable playing conditions (DLS or otherwise) will result in all bets on that match being voided unless a result has been officially declared. BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup markets are governed by the most recently published bg398 Cricket Betting Rules.
• bg398 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, restrict a Player's access to certain markets, or decline to accept any bet without providing a reason.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the Player's Account balance immediately following official settlement. bg398 does not manually override settlement decisions except in cases of manifest error.

8 Responsible Gaming

bg398 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. Players are encouraged to gamble responsibly and to use the Responsible Gaming Tools available in their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount they can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further betting activity will be suspended until the limit period resets or is adjusted downward.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that alert them after a defined period of continuous Platform use.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period, the account is suspended for betting and deposit purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the elected period expires. Attempting to register a new account during self-exclusion constitutes a breach of these Terms.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bg398 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, bonuses forfeited, and winnings withheld pending investigation:

• Opening more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity, on the same device, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent payment transactions, or process funds on behalf of a third party.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair betting advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not considered legitimate and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in collusive betting — coordinating with one or more other Players or accounts to place complementary bets that guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, thereby abusing the Platform's liquidity or bonus structures.
• Using any automated betting tool, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from bg398.
• Accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension imposed by bg398 or any recognised problem gambling authority.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate and correctly processed deposit transaction with a payment provider or bank.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bg398 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, and marketing materials, is the exclusive property of bg398 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal recreational betting and gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bg398.

Game content provided by third-party software studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to bg398 for display on the Platform. Players may not copy, record, stream, or redistribute any live casino or slot game content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bg398 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bg398 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, whether planned or unplanned, including periods of maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, scores, or market data displayed on the Platform where such inaccuracy originates from a third-party data feed provider and bg398 acts in good faith on the data received.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials as described in Section 4 of these Terms.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, even if bg398 has been made aware of the possibility of such damages.

bg398's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

bg398 collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and customer support. The full details of how bg398 handles your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to bg398 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing data with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by law. bg398 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by bg398, subject to any legal retention obligations. Such requests may be submitted to [email protected] and will be handled within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bg398 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on this page, which will be indicated by an updated "Effective Date" notice at the top of the document.

Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects Players' rights or obligations — bg398 will provide reasonable notice via email to the registered address of existing Account holders at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not agree with amended Terms should cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected] prior to the effective date of the change. bg398 will process any outstanding legitimate withdrawal requests in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time of the withdrawal request.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market.

In the event of a dispute between bg398 and a Player, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter first through good-faith negotiation. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting [email protected] with full details of the dispute. bg398 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration procedures. bg398 and the Player agree that the seat of arbitration shall be determined by bg398 at the time of the dispute notice, and that arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent harm or preserve rights pending arbitration.
